Is Pylera Ototoxic?

I have to have a treatment of Pylera for stomach issues.

• bismuth subcitrate potassium, 140 mg
• metronidazole, 125 mg
• smaller capsule (size 3) containing tetracycline hydrochloride, 125 mg

Strong med with lots of side effects. Always concerned when I need to take medication, don't want want my T worse. Can't always avoid the meds that might cause spikes.
