Hello folks! I've had tinnitus for about five years now, mainly thanks to stupidly playing in-ear phones too loud. If I could turn back time, etc etc...

This is the first tinnitus forum I've signed up for. Looking forward to chatting to those with the same/similar condition and hopefully learning more about tinnitus along the way. To start with, I have a question which I'll ask somewhere else on the forum. *heads off to look*
