Yesterday I posted that things were rather terrible. Last night, I switched from chewing nicotine gum to lozenges, so that I'm not masticating so much during the day. I also asked my girlfriend to beat the snot out of my jaw muscles for a while. She did. It seems to have helped a bit. It's not as bad as it was yesterday. Now, when I stretch my jaw, I can't change the sound as much. Is that a good sign?
