Keflex for UTI

Dr Nagler,
I'm freaking out here as usual, suspected UTI, waiting for results till Sunday, dr said 50/50 chance I have an infection and prescribed Keflex!
Is it safe tinnitus wise?
Dr I saw didn't know much about tinnitus, Keflex and possible ototoxicity!
