      Hello Dr Nagler,

Without going into to much of the detail. I have been dealing with some very troubling fissures that originally started out as hemroids about a week ago. I started using Anusol Plus Hemmroid cream with Anesthesia (just over the counter) and I've really found that my Tinnitus has spiked quite a lot each of the days that i've been using it for.

I switched back to the regular kind to see if it makes a difference, even if it isn't as effective as the stronger cream.

My question is, would I be at risk at possibly permanently raising my tinnitus using the extra strength Anusol with Anesthesia in it? Especially if that anthesia might be able to get into my blood stream or something from the fissure? Or should I just stick with the regular kind of cream? I'm hoping that this is a temporary spike, but wanted to just ask before going further.

I've just sort of heard from some people that anthesia can make their T worse.

      Thank you

      Kris
