      Hello!

Everything was pretty good with regard to tinnitus.

But today I went to lunch in the dining room.

There was a lot of people there, but the worst thing was that I was standing in line, and suddenly the worker came up with a huge armful of iron spoons. He abruptly threw these spoons into an iron container (photo).

It was really loud and piercing. The sound of metal.

I tried not to worry, but later I periodically began to squeak (ring) in the ear at a different, higher frequency.

      I'm really scared.

      Hey,

You haven't had tinnitus long so you're probably just a bit over-anxious and thinking about it is causing your spike, usually with noise induced spikes, they are instant.

Try to relax and forget about it.
