Medrol Dose Pack Dosing Schedule

So, I started a 4 mg Medrol Dose Pack today, and I took the first 6 tablets first thing in the morning, not noticing that they're supposed to be spread out during the day (the writing on the foil is small, and I guess the lighting in my room isn't great).

I checked with my pharmacist, and he said that was fine, and that I could take every day's tablets together before breakfast.

Being a generally anxious person, I checked with another location of my pharmacy, and they said it was fine, but to start with the dosing schedule tomorrow.

My question is: what's the best way to take it? Small doses spread out over the day seems like it would be less effective than all at once.

 

The back of your Medrol pack should state how to take it; it gives the approximate time of day to take each pill.
