For those looking for mindfulness meditations to help them sleep or just calm their anxieties, I've been listening to Andrew Johnson for years. He has recently put most of his meditations available on Spotify. You can also find him on YouTube and at his own website withandrewjohnson.com.
His meditation on Managing Pain has really helped me to be less afraid of the effects of my tinnitus, and he has many others on positivity and handling anxieties in general. Also the one on Deep Sleep usually has me nodding off within 5 minutes.
