Multiple Tinnitus Sounds — Does This Mean It's Going to Be Permanent? — Any Help or Reassurances?

Can anyone help or offer any reassurance please. I have had tinnitus since July and have so many different cycling sounds that I can't keep up.

Does this mean it's permanent?

I'm at a loss right now and would just like SOME improvement.

The original 3 sounds have faded so much that when I have them it's next to silence but the sounds cycle during the day from the quietest upwards and then back around again.

I dont think any of us can offer any absolute advice based on your description. Our cochleas dont normally heal on their own. There is a drug in human trials right now that may very well help us.
