My Experience With Tinnitus

      Tinnitus Since:
      2012
      Hi i am bimal and i am a T sufferer since 2012. I like to share some of my experience with T.
      I have this medium frequency noise on my head and i clearly hears it when the surroundings are quite or blocked. Sometimes, i have this fleeting T whenever i eat spicy foods or take caffeine products. So now i am very careful about what i eat.

      You're lucky it's only fleeting ! I've given up spicy food, caffeine, sugar :(

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Shit happens
      Guess I'm lucky, caffeine, spicy foods or sugar doesn't affect my T at all..
