Since last evening my left ear feels like it vibrates, i hear a low frequency sound trhought it.

No vertigo, no dizzyness, and apparently no hearing loss, just a bizarre feeling, like it's clogged but just a little, a feeling of vibration in my ear and around it.

      I hear my T less ( right ear) but's it's very disturbing.

Any idea of what it is?

And .my left ear seems to "react'' to low frequency sounds, to bass.

I got that too. A "buzzing" and a reaction to sound. Once it even beeped in time with my turn signal!

Happens to me once in a while, just like any number of other weird random physical things, especially around my ear and jaw. One time I had a volume loss in one of my ears every time I swallowed for like a week straight.

The high frequency T bothers me a lot; this other stuff I just sort of shrug off and don't think about.

Sometimes it's in the left ear, sometimes in both : my motger think it's linked with eustachian tubes. Will see an ENT tomorrow. Hope it's nothing, i do not feel an hearing loss thnksfully. Just a sensitivity to sound without pain

It's probably middle ear myoclonus. I have the same vibration feeling in my right ear.

It's probably Tensor Tympani Syndrome. You can probably make it happen at will (Not permanently) by yawning too hard. Middle ear Myoclonus is more of a popping sound.

I am feeling the right inner ear vibrating strongly right now. It never happened so strongly before! Just like Quentino said, I hear a low frequency hum
