I have this neighbor who owns a train horn canister and I had my iPhone decibel reader app and my neighbor blew the train horn from outside.
It read somewhere between 70-85 dB range on my iPhone app, but the noise irritated the hell out of me as I was inside, this was last Tuesday and Wednesday, I feel like my hearing got damaged because the next day my right ear went out and was ringing out of nowhere, and returned back to normal, but I feel like my hearing has been reduced a little bit, even when I try to talk the volume of my voice has been lowered a bit.
It's been almost a week since this incident happened. Is this hearing damage temporary or permanent?
If it's permanent, can I sue my neighbor? Or do I need to see a doctor?
