My Tinnitus: 98% Cured

How are you doing now? Is your tinnitus still gone? Also you said your doctor put you on steroids, which ones? Did you get steroid injection into ear?

Still gone, a full decade after I cured it.. until the last couple weeks or so, it's come back in a mild (3/10) intermittent way. Guess what I've been doing the couple weeks before that? Opening a vent in my room to get more of the air conditioning in at night, causing white noise! I turned that off completely, and am confident it will go away again.

I have no memory of the steroids the doctor put me on so many years ago, sorry. Especially since I knew even at the time he was completely on the wrong track.
