My Tinnitus Is Very Funny, Gets Louder When I Sit on the Computer

My T gets lounder when I sit down on the computer. I do have neck and shoulder problems.
Of late I have had strange tingling kind of sensation all over my face.

Any help/suggestions ?

Should I try a steriod and see if it helps ?
