Hi Everyone,

I've been suffering from tinnitus (self-diagnosed, at this point) for a few weeks; no idea what triggered it. I plan to make an appointment with my doctor next week and hope to get a referral to a good ENT.

In the meantime, I'm happy to have found this site. Reading through the site has helped calm many of my fears. I'm hopeful that it will go away soon, but if it doesn't, it's helpful to find out that many people eventually habituate to it.
