New Tinnitus in My Right Ear

Hello everybody, last night I had a couple of beers in a pub. According to my soundmeter, 76 db for an hour and a half.

I went back home and noticed this new T in my right ear, if I block my ears or in a quiet room I can hear it.

In my left ear I have one too, it appeared 4 years ago. I took a warm bath, try to relax and had almost 8 hours of good rest. When I got up tomorrow, my new buddy there it was.

Any advice on what to do or take? Besides avoiding exposure to loud noises. As soon as I get out of my job, I am planning to go walking and running for and hour and a half. I exercise almost every day.

Hope and pray god this new T to not be permanent.

Running isn't a good idea for someone with tinnitus due to impact, travelling up the body towards the head and auditory system. There is information about this in the link below. Not using headphones even a low volume would be a good idea.
