New to this as a result of TMJ. Went to ENT who put me on vitamins..shortly after the full symptoms of TMJ took over my life. I believe it all was instigated by dental work for a small back permanent bridge work. Still wearing the temp which may be the culprit but afraid to go get the permanent and have to keep my mouth open. Ring is getting worse lately. Just started acupuncture and praying i get some relief and the Tinnitus eases off. Has anybody had any relief after TMJ has been helped? Thank You

What kind of stretches are you doing? I don't know what protocol to go with ...started acupuncture, but also have a good chiropractor who I could use.

I pull my jaw away from my mouth to stretch it.

Just open your mouth as much as possible, pull down with your fingers, and hold it for 30 seconds. Do this a few times a day.
