New Tone :(

I have just accustomed to the high pitched sound and did not even hear it in the day and this morning my left ear is muffled and I have a new low tone...

This is so awful and I don't know what to do.

Should I go to the ENT for the new tone?

Tinnitus can change in sound and strength and sometimes for a reason but can happen for no reason.
Try keep soft music on around you and stay calm and give it time to settle a few days but geting your ears checked for wax would be good.

Can ear wax build for like a month? Last time it was checked (my first visit) it was all clear...

 

It could do and could be allergy or sinus related.
It's not nice when have more than one sound at the same time and really bugged me for a while so I hope yours settles.

Thank you. The most frustrating thing is that it was improving slowly, but surely and then this happens...

In time you will get to know what to expect with tinnitus and the emotional wobble it can cause you when it happens will not bother you as much.
Finding what helps you cope better is the main thing and getting enough sleep and keeping your mood up...It can be tough going ...
