Newbie With Tinnitus & Ringing in the Ears

Hello,

I got tinnitus on last friday when I was watching a movie and I use to wear headphones and listen to loud music often so I guess watching the movie loudly did it for me. I have tinnitus only in the left ear with consistent ringing and the first two days it did bother me but now when I go to work during the week I don't hear it. I use a fan at night when I go to sleep and that also helps and I sleep fine. Hopefully the ringing goes away one day and if it doesn't I won't let it effect me since I don't hear it when I'm at work or keeping busy on the weekends.


Hope everyone doesn't let there tennitus stop them from living their lifes because I wont let it effect me.
