      Hey everyone,

Has anyone found a way to improve night blindness and light sensitivity and overall eye focus?

I’ve been having a hard time driving at night especially due to the night blindness and was looking for a way to treat it.

      Thanks,

      Ray

A way to train your eyes and eye focus is pencil push-ups, 3d cross view 20 minutes a day.

I have glasses that block out the glare of oncoming cars and street lights. I don't wear glasses and don't really need them. But this is very helpful for when I drive.
This is a late reply, but if anyone else is looking...

my night vision has gradually gotten worse and I don't like driving in the dark but I'm pretty sure in my case it's just "being almost 40" :-P
