Non-Benzo Meds That Reduce Tinnitus Perception?

Hope everyone's been doing okay over Christmas.

Have read here and there on the forum people mentioning things that reduce their perception of tinnitus. Even for use every now and again when needed. Finding it hard to track down the posts in question.

It's a very optimistic question I know! But are any of these not Benzos?
