Yikes, let us know how it turns out and any impact on your T. I have a deviated septum with bone spur (luckily not too visible cosmetically), but my ENT doubts it has any correlation with my T, so we're leaving it alone.

Any updates OP?
I have similar story to yours and wondering if I should get the septum fixed, have ETD. Tinnitus worse when waking up on the side I sleep on because the nose is totally blocked, mucus can be felt within ET in the morning.
