Old Military Study from 60's Shows Hearing Continues to Recover 6 Months Out

      Thought it might be encouraging for those who are new to Tinnitus like myself.

      "Recovery was essentially complete at the speech frequencies (500-2, 000 Hz) within two weeks. Some recovery was still occurring at higher frequencies (up to 8, 000 Hz) as long as six months post exposure."

      This is in regards to soldiers exposed to accidental gunshot/acoustic trauma and it sounds like they received no treatment like steroids or anything like that.

      Noise Exposure(Fire Alarm, Headphone Usage)
      I guess this fits in with the "fading" aspect some of us are getting after the initial T onset, this is great news.
