      Hello again Dr Nagler,

I have a bad tootache, probably an infection.

It will take a couple of days before I can go to the dentist but meanwhile the pain is at times unbearable.

I am taking 1g of Paracetamol (Dafalgan) combined with 400mg Ibuprofen (Nurofen) fastcaps, that is the only thing that suppresses the pain somewhat, I have been taking these for 2 days at regular intervals, sometimes every 4 hours , no more than 3 combos a day though as this is the maximum dose allowed.

I also am doing a Medrol corticosteroids course and take Alprazolam in the evening to get some sleep.

You think this will affect my T in the long term or are any spikes temporary what the drugs are concerned.

      Thanks again,
      Bart

      No, I don't.

But get to the dentist ASAP, OK? My tooth hurts just reading your post!

      All the best -
