My brother put 8 alarms to this morning. The first four were on 75% volume and the last 4 on 100% volume. I was one meter away from his phone. I would say i got exposed for the first 4 alarms for 6 minutes total. And for the alarms at 100% volume for 10 seconds.

I fu#^^#&@ told him not to put the alarms but he put them anyway. I am so pissed. wtf.

Can this cause damage? (He has an "old" samsung phone that came out on 2013)

In my experience, stuff like that might delay your healing, and cause a temporary spike. It can't imagine it causing a permanent spike.
