Cause of Tinnitus
Intermittent Tinnitus probably noise induced
I am a side sleeper and experience pain in my ears, including soreness on the outside, which I hope can be relieved by a specialty pillow with a hole in it. For all I know, my tinnitus might even improve if my ears aren't under as much pressure at night.

Does anybody have any experience with any of these products? Thanks for any advice, and/or suggestions.

Edit: I just ordered one, should come in a week or so. But any other ideas, or comments, are welcome!

Do you have a link with the pillow you ordered?

@Dana ....I bought one that looked like a donut with sprinkles. Unfortunately, as you can see, it made me hungry...;).

Update: I am still waiting for my pillow, as it's made and shipped from overseas it will be another week or so before I receive it. In the meantime, for the past four nights I've been sleeping on one of those U-shaped neck-rest travel pillows, but not on my neck, my head rests on it and my ear is not under any pressure. My ear pain is totally gone.

I received my new pillow with a hole in the mail yesterday, used it last night to sleep, and it's very comfortable and easy to use. I'd recommend it for fast service, and quality.

this is good to help people with tinnitus sleep
