Pink Noise's Positive Effects on Sleep

Hi all,

A new article today from the Daily Mail about sleep and pink noise. I cannot find the article online but here is one from a while ago.

I do have a CD and player from way back. I never realised it affects sleep patterns in a good way so I will crack on and try it again. It's actually a nicer sound than white noise and actually stimulates all the hearing frequencies as you sleep.
