      Depression is rarely my problem.
Now anxiety, is often my problem as it was today. I was moderately-heavily anxious earlier today/tonight, when I started thinking about potential benzo withdrawl on the horizon, but the last few hours I've been feeling alot better. Got some commentary done which was thrilling, then I read some in calvin's institutes which is always amazing, and then wrote some correspondence and recommendations. Now listening to one of my fav lectures.

Life with severe T and H is horrendous to put it mildly, I had a really amazing life prior to this, the quality of life change really gets me down at times. It's all about pushing through the painfully long days so I can sleep, and not really about living, I guess that's depressing.

In this moment now, I love my life, and feel borderline blissful.

I certainly struggle with darker moments.

It's all ups and downs. If I hold my confidence, I can feel great. If I think about the bad possibilities of the future, I can become pretty depressed and pessimistic. It can also lead to feeling stressed out.

Stress doesn't help T at all, so it's important to try and stay positive!

Right now I'm not depressed at all.
Being depressed was not that terrible, I lost 25 pounds and I was looking better every day, I was working out to get my mind of the t, didn't go out with friends to avoid noise, worked more to forget about t... Now that I am not depressed I eat like a pig, I spend all my money going out all the time and I really, really hate working.
Being depressed was pretty good for me. I can't say that I miss it but I suppose there is a positive side to everything.
