Is your bedtime and the time you get up the same seven days a week?

  1. Yes

  2. No. I try to but have trouble sleeping at night and/or getting up in the morning

  3. No, I like sleeping in on certain days and/or staying up later certain nights

  4. No. My work schedule, relatives, or someone or something else prevents me from doing this

      As some of you know our circadian rhythm can affect our moods, appetites, and many other bodily functions during different parts of the day and if it gets off, things might not go as well for us.

      I was just curious how many people regularly go to bed at around the same time and get up at around the same time everyday, seven times a week.

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      loud noise and very bad sickness
      I go to sleep at same time and wake up at same time. Makes no difference, in the volume of my tinnitus though...
