Poll: What Are the Two Most Annoying Symptoms in Tinnitus?

What are most annoying symptoms for you having tinnitus.

Mine are: not able to sleep well and sound sensitivity.

I hate this high pitch sound in my head too but I hate even more that I am sensitive to certain sounds. Even birds singing feel bad in my ears :<

Not being taken seriously is a huge problem for me. I'm not looking for anyone to fawn all over me. I just want to be believed!! I can't even mention tinnitus without being told that no doctor has ever diagnosed me with tinnitus, therefore I don't really have it because if I really had it, I would go get diagnosed.

I think: what's the point of being diagnosed if there's nothing that can be done to cure it. Plus I wonder: do doctors even make official diagnoses of tinnitus? Do they? Even if they do, why should I have a battery of tests that serve no purpose?
