Hi,
I have been experiencing Pulsatile Tinnitus with the sound of a heartbeat primarily in the left ear for approximately 6 weeks. It really peaked this evening while I was sitting up reading in bed (in both ears).
I just couldn't ignore the PT so I got up and made myself 2 pieces of toast with a light spread of vegetable type butter. After eating I went straight back to bed and started reading again.
This is where it gets puzzling, I had absolutely no sign of the thumping in my ears? None...! Was it the food, my moving around, my moving my jaws to eat? Would you have any thoughts on this?
I don't expect "the silence" to last but I'm amazed at what happened.
