Hi, so, in my right ear, for the past 2 months, I hear and feel my pulse in only my right ear. It's pretty much in sync with my heartbeat and only there when lying down.

I also struggle with severe dysacusis and reactive tinnitus.

My blood pressure is "normal" and I do not have whiplash or TMJD problems.

What's a probable cause? It's only in my right ear which also has far worse hyperacusis than the left ear, maybe something physical is causing all of this?

The pulsing one time did go away for a few days, when I started taking Keppra, but it's been back the last few weeks.

@__nico__, the issues below that can be progressed from (anxiety) can cause tinnitus first and/or from the anxiety of having tinnitus, pulsatile can develop per issues below.

Not sure at all for you though.
