Wish I knew, possibly nosie damage.
So the T left my right ear for a full two days, after my gp told me that he thought my tinnitus would go away I started to get my hopes up. As I lay down to go to bed I realize there's and electric vibration/numbness pulsing feeling coming from my right ear that crosses through my face, and when it finally stops pulsing my whole face just gets numb. And I was so just looking forward to attempting a good night sleep today, Huge Bummer.

      Hi ,
Your facial nerve are in your middle ears so inflammation their can cause facial feelings and any sinus problems too.
Try not stress as it will feed your tinnitus.
If it carries on have word with your doctor....lots of love glynis
