Questions About TTS

I was wondering about TTS:

If someone doesn't give their ears 24 hours rest, even if they haven't exposed their ears in total close to the max NIOSH limit guideline, would the person still obtain hearing loss? What about in ranges 90-100 dB?

Does TTS become longer each time someone exposes their hearing to loud noise?
