Quinine in Low Amount

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Unknown
      Hello all,

      Recently we had a Christmas party at work and I had 2 small Gin&Tonic drinks there. I only learnt today that quinine in tonic water could be bad for your ears... the thing is, I have G&T occasionally and have had no problems with it but now that I know about it, it stresses me out majorly. Even if this would make my tinnitus more of an issue, will it go away over time?

      Don't worry it will settle down again.
      I'm fine with tonic water
