Raise the volume on pink noise?

should i be increasing the volume of my phink noise over the weeks/months? Ive been using simplynoise pink noise. Im at 19% on the volume slowly increasing by 1 percent every few days. Does this sound like something i should be doing?

I'm curious why are you raising the volume?

 

I figure raising the volume over the weeks may help my sound sensitivity?

 

Oh I'm not very familiar with H but if you are wearing earphones you might not want to do it too loud as it affects the T and might cause a spike.

 

The protocol for H treatment with pink noise is to slowly and safely raise the volume over time to build up sound tolerance.

 

@Rube thanks for the information I didn't know that. One thing I love about this page we learn more here than when we go to the doctor.

 

The only problem with me is what chelles said. I feel like raising the pink noise volume over time will deff help with the H but I do notice from the volume I have increased is that it spikes my T.
