Stumbled upon this video on Reddit. Listened for about 15 minutes and afterwards my tinnitus became very quiet and sounded like a more bearable “white noise” than its usual sound. Not sure if this will work for everyone but maybe give it a try. I will be trying to listen to it more and see if I get more long term effects.

Tinnitus - left freq 11kHz, right freq 6kHz

Out of perhaps 30 such sites, this has been the most beneficial for me.
Also, try "Pulsating high pitched sound 11500Hz to 6100Hz" on YouTube.

Too bad for me I cannot hear this... My left ear stops at 6-7 and my right ear 8-10...

Glad to hear it worked for you as well! I find that it’s most beneficial when I listen to it in my car through Bluetooth. I actually hear the different frequencies in each ear, sometimes only left or only right. I also noticed that sometimes I seem to be hearing it in the middle of my head which is also where I notice my tinnitus sometimes, if that makes any sense. Does anyone know the reasoning behind this?
