Right Ear Blocked Up... Crazy Loud Tinnitus

So the past week my eustachian tubes have been a bit funny.
Crackling and crunching when I swallow but a bit worse then usual.
So I took some prednisone to see if that would clear it up a bit but after 3 days all that did was make my right ear block up 100%
Its so crazy loud right now. And muffled and it feels like a tugging inside my ear.
Im so fucking worried right now. This is the worse my tinitus has ever been.
Its gotta be due to this blockage but still its very worrying some. Like 12/10

Yeah Doc said it looked fine.
