As far as I remember, in Jul 14, I started to have close bouts of vertigo and ear fullness. But in late Sep 14, this was followed by 6-8Mhz of T with a volume of around 6-7. The volume lowered down to 4-5 usually by the next day. But in the first week of Oct 14, My T started by itself and lasted for 4-5 days and then slowly moved up in pitch to 14-15 mhz and lowered in volume after that. This went on till today. I do have occasional sudden episodes of T but it lasts only of less than 30 secs only.

I had been taking Agar35 since early Nov 14. Its supposed to calm the nerves. I think that helped a bit. I also bought the Antinus ear patch but that was a sham to me and didn't work at all.

What have you been doing to help with your T?

good to hear that your T is gone.:rockingbanana::beeranimation:
just be careful. eat healthy and stay way from noisy place and exercise regularly..

Am doing good. issues with my heart seems almost non existent now.
[ Been busy with work/family/health tests/sisters wedding, have to catch up here.]

Next month, addressing my TMJ issues, hoping it will resolve the T.

      Hi,
I must say that i am on a long tern treatnent for T with bloid thiners, a drug called vastarel. Thinner blood goes through the vessels easier and also makes the vascular system softer so you dont have loud T. I am no doctor, but thats what my doctor said, since T is mainly a
Vascular problem,at least for my T.

      Hi Rene,

you can use something like this:
      http://www.audionotch.com/app/tune/

Click play, drag the slider until it matches your tinnitus tone :)
