Hey guys, a few days back I was trying to figure out my tinnitus frequency, and I stumbled across a video that played every frequency in the audible spectrum:
After listening to this (in earbuds), I found that my tinnitus had lessened extremely, and that this was more effective for me than the cure where you thump the back of your head. In my opinion, this "cure" lasted longer as well. Any idea what this means for me & my tinnitus, and do any of you have the same thing happen when you watch the video?
Also, I think it might be relevant that I had the same effect happen to me when I listened to the majority of first CD of the Beatles's white album
