      Hi,

Do you think it's safe to clean the outside of your ear canal, decibel-wise? Could it make things worse for reactive tinnitus / hyperacusis sufferers?

Some people say to not touch the ears at all, but mine have been super itchy and sometimes the earlobes and around them create really itchy dry patches and build-up of crust and stuff which make it extremely tempting to scratch off the build-up and crust with my nails.

      Warm regards,
      -Tyler

It can’t damage your ears. It’s safe to clean the outside of your ears.
