I carry several in my handbag.

Your a Gem Karen for posting that to Amelia,just read Amelia's post,soon get her sorted,then get back home,don't stay in hospital long these days.things happen,and she's clued up on the T side,to her benefit,she knows what goes with what in that regard.switched on gal.

 

I love reading positive quotes and I like the idea of having them in your handbag to read - my boss has quotes in a booklet about team motivation and he often reads them to remind himself about such methods etc he is an amazing boss!

I recently saw this positive quote and I find it inspiring as we often take the greatest of pleasure when we help others we inturn help ourselves

You got to accent the positive, eliminate the negative, latch on to the affirmative, and don't mess with Mr. Inbetween.

 

When I first started working for a utility an old lineman taught this to me..."the three rules of linework...righty-tighty, lefty-loosy; what goes up may come down; Don't touch that, I don't know what it is but it WILL kill you!"

Hearing someone always speaking as though they must share the "honest truth," which is normally not kind, I'm reminded of the above. I too will put a bit more negativity into my speech, which needs to be toned by the good in life, not the hardness.
