Scared... Really Scared. New Symptoms. Please Help!

So here I am....again. After I wen to an audiologist a couple weeks ago, he said my tinnitus was due to medications.

Went to my normal doctor he said no it wasn't and prescribed me to take aldactone (spironolactone) and do flonase nasal spray and wait it out.

What can't they be straight to remove my mind? Right now I am on gabapentin and fear because it messes with my GABA it might be a cause?

I want to go to an ENT, but have to have a referral, which no one is willing to give. I have seen a neurologist in the past, but can't get in until February.

To make it worse, now I am having pressure above my right ear and headache 24/7. But no one listens to me. And with no health insurance money is tight and destroying my family financially. My poor hubby is at his wit's end.

I am so scared, lost, and lonely. Please....could it be because of the gabapentin, should I be worried about the gabapentin being messed with and the cause? Worry about the pains in my head?

Could it be a tumor or aneurysm? Scared. Scared, scared!!!!

Sorry about your pain and fear. Sometimes life does throw its curve balls at us and we feel panicky. But try not to panic. You hope to get some help from the doctors but sometimes they don't have a clue with T. If they can't find anything medically wrong about your ears, they usually don't know what else to do. There is no magic pill for them to prescribe for T. So it is sometimes necessary to help ourselves, especially the mental side of the challenge. If the doctors can't find anything wrong with you, then the headaches and pressure can be due to high stress and anxiety. Try google search 'anxiety head pressure headaches' and you will find how anxiety can cause these symptoms, like this one:

Sometimes we tend to get too caught up with seeking treatment and worrying about T this and that, so much so that it adds to the stresses which are not helpful for T. Perhaps try to see if there is some wisdom from people's success stories to see how people finally turnarond by not catering to T any more. The following is my success story, and then there is Jade's story and how she changed her approach after realizing that 70% of her colleague have T like her and yet didn't suffer like her.
