Screaming Till My Mind Gets Destroyed

I sometimes get so overwhelmed between my classmates and my tinnitus I just want to scream. They talk so loud that instead of making my tinnitus going away it just makes it louder. They make me feel insane and angry.

The noise always makes me lose focus and listening to white noise machines doesn’t work at all, I am running out of options.

 

@maria-ambia I hope you have a good support team. You are not running out of options. It takes time. My "T" is 24/7 it is troublesome but from my experience you will adapt. Yes it is hard to focus but it will soon become a background noise. It can be done!
