Seconds of Silence from Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breathing Technique)

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Stress, emotional trauma
      I can experience few seconds to a minute of silence doing Bhramari Pranayama yoga pose (you can google), for like 7-10 times. I know it is kind of useless, but hearing silence for short time is nice.

      I am trying yoga myself, I have only been doing it for a week. How long have you been trying it?

      I think they are similar, both uses one finger to press on the ears to cover them. Improtant is to cover ears and make humm noise, at least 7-8 times while breathin out. Better results if humm noise is more high pitched. But as I said, effect is for very short time.

      Tried it for a week daily, results did not last longer, forget to do it recently as I don't think it is a cure.
