I suspect that my tinnitus might be related to the tympanic muscles. I need to get a proper diagnosis first, but I know that one often effective treatment is a Botox (Botulinum Toxin) injection into the tensor tympani.
Does anyone know where I can get this done? Or could you share the name of a specialist along with their email address? I live in Europe, so preferably somewhere nearby, but I am desperate. If it turns out to be in Australia or the US, I will set aside some money and travel.
