      Tinnitus Since:
1991 (Low level). Worse Dec 2017 to Now
      Cause of Tinnitus:
Ear injury (paintball) 1991. 2017 > Onwards Cause? Not sure.
I seem to be coping a little better with my Tinnitus, although I know its probably a long road with many ups and downs.

I'm seeing a new ENT the 21st of this month. I think my hearing is ok, but peoples voices seem to have a lot of "treble" on them, while at the same time things seems a bit muffled.

How this can be is confusing as treble is associated with higher frequencies, and muffled sound is not.

Also can Tinnitus make your ears ache? I suppose it could be the ear muscle working over time.

      Cheers.

I have the same problem, treble in the voice especially women with loud voices. Also I can’t talk too loud myself. I feel my own voice treble too . I find myself speaking very low now . No ear pain .
