Cause of Tinnitus
Earbud Shock
I was listening to music as I worked, nothing out of the ordinary. My left earbud started to crackle, and then it shocked me with a loud pop. Then they stopped working in both ear. I have a headache, and now I experience tinnitus in my left ear. What can I do to stop this? Did the shock cause serious damage?

Call your GP, ENT, minute clinic... anyone that can give you prednisone and a steroid shot in the ear (ENT). Demand to be seen, timing is crucial if anything will help... but the chance of even prednisone helping is low.

Sorry for your situation.

@MRItechssuck advice is solid. In the meantime rush to the supplement store and get some NAC and curcumin and take twice the NAC dose and like 10X the curcumin dose. Act quickly.
