Hello , I have major problems sleeping , I am taking prescription drugs to sleep..do not like it, would like to get off the drugs, it is about a week now , what can I take to sleep ..answser would be much appreciated.

If you are talking about medications for sleep that are available without a prescription, I have no particular recommendations. Any of them should be fine for tinnitus sufferers.
