So Many Questions: Tinnitus for 12 Days Now, Potentially Caused by Noise/Stress

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Unknown
      I've been keeping in contact with everyone that got it around the same time as me, we are all taking the same supplements (mostly just minerals and melatonin) and trying to sit and sleep straight. Everyone is improving, Go out in the sun as much as you can, sleep early. Let your brain heal.
